Karumba, situated in the Gulf of Carpentaria, is simply a must go to spot on your trip around Australia and we are so pleased to have a TAWK Park here! Karumba Point Holiday and Tourist Park offer kids under 12 stay free anyway but with the TAWK Membership Card you will receive 2 nights free camping for any older children. Plus they are dog friendly too.
This park seriously goes out of its way to make sure you feel welcome. Fishing here is almost a rite of passage in Karumba and the park will give you some great hints for the best spots. If you don’t end up catching dinner, you’ll enjoy their Famous Free Fish BBQ every Saturday night during peak season!
