$65 per property, per year. No commission, no per-booking fee, nothing sitting between you and the guest. List one property or list twenty — and if you list more than one, your group discount applies automatically.

If you look after more than one property, this is where it gets really good. Whether you have a couple of cottages on the family farm or manage a portfolio of holiday houses, our group pricing is designed to make listing your whole collection an easy decision.
The more properties you list, the bigger the discount — and it applies across every property you hold, not just the ones in your cart. One group, one discount, one renewal date.

Adding properties laterYou do not have to wait for your renewal. Add a property at any time and you only pay for the days left in your current term — add one with three months to run and you pay for three months. Your renewal date does not move, so however many properties you add, your whole group stays on a single term and a single invoice.
Your group discount updates itself too. It is based on the total number of properties you hold, so if adding one takes you from four to five, the 20% rate applies straight away.
